Color Swatch
Easily match custom colors to the color values on your C6150 Series printer. Select a simple swatch to print a basic set of colors then match the values in your application. Select a custom swatch and set the Hue, Saturation and Lightness to target your custom color.

Color Correct
Makes it easy to adjust colors commonly found in applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. It also lets you adjust the overall color of a print by controlling the lightness, darkness and contrast of images, and the intensity and lightness of the colors.

C6150 Series models equipped with a 40 GB hard disk drive (standard on the C6150hdn; optional on the other models) provide enhanced security features that include Encrypted Secure Print:

256-Bit Encryption
Enables secure passage of sensitive documents from PC to printer, with processing and output requiring PIN identification. (Requires hard disk drive.)
Job Timeout
If not retrieved within a certain time (pre-set by the user), the document is sanitized (cleared) from the hard disk.
MAC Validation
The Message Authentication Code (MAC) is PC-encrypted into a document’s printing data to prevent the file from being tampered with after it is sent to the printer. The printer reads the code and, if any alterations to the file are detected, issues a warning and cancels the job.
Secure Erase
Ordinarily, simply deleting a document leaves traces of the contents on a printer’s hard drive. This feature totally removes the document from the hard disk drive, erasing all vestiges of a sensitive file or, if desired, sanitizing the entire disk drive.

Job Accounting
Enables tracking of color and mono printing costs, easy monitoring of printing activity, and greater control of printer usage. It generates reports for administrative, billback or cost-accounting purposes. User permissions can be assigned and are stored on the printer - not on the network - so the system is totally secure..

Our Government/Educational discounts are significant as you can see. If you need more than one printer write or call for a quote! The price is as displayed plus shipping. To compute shipping, put one of these printers in your shopping cart. Continue on toward the checkout and it will compute the shipping charge.

Your savings continue after the sale of the printer. We sell the consumables and accessories for these printers at about 33 percent off of list prices! Our toner prices are roughly what you would pay for clone, refilled toner and it's genuine, new product! There are no additional government/educational discounts for consumables but quite frankly, no one on the planet beats our prices.

There are certain guidelines that we require but they are easy. For instance, we grant Net10 Terms to Government and Educational Institutions, which means we need to receive payment within 10 days of the purchase date. If your agency has to have other specific terms, contact us - we may be able to work with your requirements. We normally do NOT hold the shipment of the printer - in stock items usually ship the day the order is placed and should arrive at your location in approximately 3 to 5 days to most places in the Lower 48 - many times in 1 or 2 days! To qualify for the discount, you must (1) Order the items on our site or via phone then (2) fax a copy of the purchase order to us on government/school letterhead or other easily identified form and the printer must be shipped to a government/school address. Your Government/Educational status will be verified, then your order processed. Again, you must order the items on our store or via phone so that you will get an invoice as we do not mail a hard copy invoice - you get it immediately upon order completion.

We have made the ordering process as easy as possible. Just order the item(s) on the website. At checkout, choose 'Purchase Order' as the payment method and print a copy of the resulting invoice.
